Breakfast at the Inn

Fuel up for your day with a fresh Vermont breakfast! With endless Vermont roasted coffee, freshly baked goodies, fresh fruit creamy yogurt, and our homemade crunchy granola followed by a hearty main course, breakfast at the Inn is a delicious, creative, and casual. If you catch the season right you could be having pancakes filled with blueberries from our own garden! Breakfast is always included in your stay.

Some of our favorite breakfast courses include:

  • Lemon Shirred with Fresh Spinach
  • Blueberry Pancakes with VT Maple Syrup
  • Veggie Quiche or Fritatta with Goat Cheese and Garden Herbs
  • Omelets with Vermont Cheddar
  • Waffles with Strawberries or Our Own Blueberry Jam
  • All Our Breakfasts Include Vermont Sausage or Bacon


 

 

Dinner at the Inn

Blueberry Hill cuisine reflects the spirit of the season; everything is freshly prepared in our own kitchen and when possible products are sourced locally.

Our four course evening meal begins with a selection of Vermont cheeses, which can be enjoyed with your own wine or beer as you meet your fellow guests. A different menu is served nightly, catering to individual dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Dinner can be included with your overnight stay and we also welcome outside guests; we appreciate 48 hrs notice.  We serve most nights during summer season. In the winter season we offer our full dinner every Saturday night and busier weeknights. Soup, salad, cheese and charcuterie  is served every Friday evening (Bistro nights) and on quieter nights during the season. Special arrangements can be made for groups and special gatherings and private events.

Bistro Nights

Friday nights in the winter and during quieter periods, we offer a ‘soup and charcuterie’ option in lieu of a full dinner. Enjoy a hearty selection of Vermont cheese, crackers, smoked meats and garden veggies before a hot bowl (or two!) of soup, a healthy salad and fresh-baked bread. Additional a la carte options may be available. For a ready-to-go picnic, savor your meal by the pond at sunset or under the apple trees.   Cheese served at 6:30 unless otherwise requested.
