Reopening June 5th for Vermonters and June 15th (we hope! for all others.

Updated 5/15

Dear friends, I can’t believe that it has been 2 months since this all began and we are still closed. Today’s report from our Governor indicates that while the State of Emergency will stay in place the Stay at Home order is lifted, though with consideration for continued care to physically distance, mask up, limiting travel and gathering only in small groups.

State guidelines require that all lodging properties cancel reservations between May 15, 2020, and May 22, 2020.

With some of the current restrictions lifted, Blueberry Hill is preparing to accept reservations for stays with arrival June 5th-June 14th, 2020 for Vermont guests and out of state guests who can first meet the mandatory 14-day quarantine requirements.

We can also take reservations for ALL guests for stays with stays June 15th and beyond! Vermont is doing really well in terms of infections BUT we are advised that these may still need to be canceled or restricted pending any additional guidance or future Executive Orders.

While we are hopeful that all restrictions will continue to be lifted throughout the summer we will not be taking deposits with your reservations until that is a little more certain. See the updated policy here!

We are working on updates to our dining for the Spring and Summer months to allow folks to transition back slowly and will announce these soon.

Do you have upcoming reservations?   We understand that your upcoming reservation may need to be canceled. Due to the number of cancellations and continuation of this crisis we are not able to offer a refund for cancellations at this time in a timely manner.  This has been harder on our little business than we originally anticipated due to the extended closure. We will transfer of deposit to a future date or we can transfer deposits in the form of a gift certificate that you may use to share with a friend as a gift or for a stay at a future date- or for cookies!

WE MISS YOU! And we hope you are remaining safe and healthy during these challenging times.
