We prioritize folks with hospitality and culinary backgrounds. This is a unique opportunity for those seeking experience in a unique setting. Pay is commensurate with experience and work roles; wages range from $16 to $23 per hour.
Pizza Baker - Prepping and cooking in our wood fired oven during our Pizza by the Pond events.
Culinary Assistant - prep work, menu planning support, plating creative meals and other kitchen tasks. Requires culinary experience.
These roles can be combined for closer to full time work, depending on the skills you can offer and your interests.
Inn support and guest services staff (Live in or out) - September - October. We’re looking for a reliable and adaptable individual(s)to join our small team for the peak season. This is a hands-on, general support role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a community-oriented, outdoor environment. Sorry no couples or pets. Preference given to folks with hospitality experience as you will jump in for this busy time.
While you don’t need a car for the live in roles you will want one to explore VT. No public transport.
Inn support tasks include, but are not limited to:
Assist with meal service, set up, and clean up for meals and events.
Housekeeping duties & keeping common spaces clean.
Assist with events, and maybe make pizza if you have that skill.
Washing dishes and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen areas
Take out compost, trash, ,recycling and assist with light gardening tasks
Prepare and maintain campsites
Welcome and check in guests
We all work together and share responsibilities to keep things running smoothly and flexibly. Shifts may be full days or split (to cover both breakfast and dinner), with time off during the day to explore and enjoy the outdoors.
Housekeeper- Presently looking for September - October 2025 for peak season. 20-30 hours week.
Dining room servers- part-time seasonal- September- October 2025. 20-30 hours week.
