  • Frittata with Mushrooms, Wild Leeks, and Vermont Cheddar, accompanied Roasted Roots and Salad of Local Greens and Wild Edibles. GF

  • Potato Ricotta Gnocchi with peas, lemon, pecorino and over-easy egg.

  • Ham & Gruyère Stuffed French Toast—a delightful sweet and savory option.

  • A Stack of Buckwheat Blueberry Hill Blueberry Pancakes, 2 egg over easy. GF
